Signature Design is looking for a well-spoken, dynamic person that is on-trend with current branding and marketing practices in the world today. The candidate should have great energy and is eager to learn and embrace new technologies in the field of design, branding, and digital marketing.

At Signature Design, we work on a variety of brands across the board. The successful candidate will be hands-on and be involved in photography, digital media, managing the artwork creation process through to ensuring artwork and communication is rolled to all platforms both on and offline.

Duties will include:

• Scheduling and creating social media content for clients
• Managing graphic design and marketing jobs in the system via email and phone.
• Manage e-mail campaigns on MailChimp.
• Assist in creating marketing proposals for clients.
• Assist with photoshoots both in studio and on location, working with models and products.
• Maintain (WordPress) Websites by updating content.

Requirements

• Complete fluency in English and a great communicator both via email and verbally
• Be really organised and reliable
• Highly computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Familiarity with social media channels
• Previous experience managing social media accounts
• Knowledge of WordPress/websites and SEO and digital marketing would be beneficial
• A good eye and an interest in design and branding 
• Ability to work in these programmes would count in your favour: InDesign, Photoshop, WordPress, Mailchimp
• Be a quick learner of new technologies in the marketing and design fields
