Job description
- The Marketing Manager of Capricorn FM will manage the day to day marketing activities of the organization and the long term strategy for the company.
- Developing and implementing the marketing strategy in line with company positioning and objectives.
- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
- Managing, leading and motivating the marketing team.
- Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitors’ share, and competitors’ advantages and weaknesses; forecasting projected business
- Improve programme marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalising on market opportunities
- Interaction with sales to ensure that product campaigns run smoothly and are on time for on-air production.
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
- Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
- Creating and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
- Working closely with suppliers and assisting with new product launches.
- Creating specific marketing strategies to grow the station’s audience figures.
- Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
