Job description

Aveng Media is looking for experienced advertising sales executives to sell advertising space on their stable of magazines: African Safaris, Mother & Child, African Business Quarterly and African Mining News.

Lucrative commission and bonus structure:

• Sales commission of up to 12.5% on full rate deals signed.
• Bonus per deal, payable immediately in cash upon receipt of the signed advertising contract.
• If the sales team hits weekly sales target you receive an extra cash bonus.
• If you sell as an individual 30k in a week you receive another bonus paid in your bank account, 50k sales and above is an even higher bonus.

Easily earn a monthly income of R15,000 or more based on your work output. It’s all up to you and what you are prepared to put in.

A small basic salary of R3 200 is also offered.

Air-conditioned offices in the CBD, working hours Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm, Friday 8.30am to 1pm.

• The ability to think outside the box and work under pressure
• Experience in the media industry, and selling advertising space in magazines
• Daily generation of new business through sales of display advertisements
• Reaching of weekly and monthly sales target imperative
