Duties and responsibilities:
- Answering busy switchboard
- Electronic diary management
- Greeting patients friendly and courteously
- General office administration
- Assisting with enquiries
- Filing
- Reporting on Excel
- Correspondence with Specialists/Labs
Minimum requirements for application:
- Matric with bachelor’s pass
- Tertiary qualification advantageous
- Excellent language ability in English and Afrikaans
- Must have driver’s license and own reliable transport
- Prior customer service experience essential (Medical practice advantageous)
