Job description

Purpose: Work alongside CMO on development and implementation of marketing strategy. Drive communication strategy across paid and owned media. Development and management of marketing initiatives and campaigns across various touch points based on customer, competition and market insight. Overlook weFix digital assets and driving their performance and ROI together with e-commerce manager. Continuously develop innovative ideas how to increase customer engagement, retention and acquisition.

Key responsibilities and duties

 Responsible for but not limited to the following broad functions:

• Development and execution of marketing campaigns including communication plan (media plan and content plan), pricing/promotion, POS, sales estimates, Operations, Buying and Planning liaisons and campaign evaluation.
• Recommend and develop store or region-specific initiatives and promotions and develop targeted campaigns to support them (working with marketing team).
• Continuously evaluate store performance and collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and successful rollout. 
• Travel to all weFix retail stores quarterly to ensure brand consistency and build strong relationships with centre management.
• Continuously gather and share with management insight on any competitive activities and product launches.
• Continuously assess issue and opportunities across products and categories/brands sales performance and develop corrective marketing action plans.
• Continuously analyse weFix digital assets and their performance and develop initiatives to grow the engagements, customer retention and acquisition.
• Keep up to date with the latest technology, new digital marketing tools, online media opportunities.
• Investigate partners and shopping centres opportunities that weFix can leverage and develop action plans.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and POS materials.
• Manage and analyse marketing budget and report on monthly basis.

Requirements

Skills requirements

• Undergraduate degree with minimum five years of experience in a marketing position and preferably minimum two years of experience in a marketing management position.
• Strong digital marketing understanding is imperative (CRM, social media strategy, email marketing, PPC).
• Analytical – ability to analyse large amounts of data.
• Excellent commercial acumen.
• Prior experience with complex project management tasks and excellent project management skills.
• Proven success working in a fast-paced environment where strategic brand-building efforts are complemented by hard-driving promotional activities.
• Proven ability and desire to help build a marketing infrastructure, including processes, methodologies and tools required to drive marketing effectiveness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication ability.
• Good presentation skills.
• Ability to think both strategically and operationally.
