The Fire Tree Design Company is looking for a full stack web developer to join our team.

Your task is to create and develop websites along with web application projects according to deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining several client websites back-end and front-end.
 
Must be able to communicate effectively in person and via email.

• Minimum of five years’ in PHP and MySql web development and managerial experience.
• Good understanding of WordPress, creating, editing and manipulating custom themes.
• Working with databases, LAMP/MAMP etc.
• Solid experience with quoting and using a PERT quoting technique.
• Manage admin and juggle between coding, briefing, client meetings, admin, coffee breaks, and mentoring the other developers.
• Please note that this is not an IT position. Relevant experience in web development is required.

Requirements

• Matric, relevant degree, or diploma

• HTML/CSS
• PHP5
• MySQL
• JavaScript
• jQuery
• WordPress
• Google Adwords/SEO knowledge

Advantageous:
• Magento experience
