As a member of the TQMPS Experience team, you will be instrumental in developing various brand journeys. We strive to deliver an extraordinary customer experience to each project, and as a mid-senior animator, you will be fundamental in how we connect brands with their customers.

Positions available for an animator.

One position is available for a two-month contract.

One position is available for an eight-month contract.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver above-and-beyond customer journeys through branding, information design, digital experiences and motion design.
• Share honest, thoughtful feedback with fellow designers. Commit to continually learning, training, and improving yourself and others.
• Think creatively about ways in which we can optimise each customer’s experience and brainstorm with a team of multi-disciplined creatives.
• Develop new brands and create inspiring customer journeys based on different types of feedback, research, and data analysis.
• Channel your inner creative being through play-days.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a design discipline related to interaction, information, motion, animation and graphic design.
• Five+ years’ experience.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written, visual); ability to propose ideas across teams, and contextualise multiple ideas in relation to one another.
• Expert in: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects).
• Solid knowledge of semantic HTML/CSS.
• Major pro if you can both design and animate for motion graphics.
