Established product business seeks to re-architect and modernise their SaaS stacks. They’ve previously outsourced all developers, but their new CTO seeks to take the technology to another level.

With that in mind, he would like to start building a new team. He needs developers with some experience, but more importantly who code because of their love of tech. The environment is still small in terms of developers, but this is a business that is prepared to invest heavily in their tech as well as their people.

What the business can offer:

• A CTO that still loves code – he understands your pain
• A business invested in new tech, with lots of new build on the go
• A business anticipating huge growth – they cannot sell software fast enough
• No consulting – purely technology architecture and build
• A broad range of technology availability – responsive web 2.0 all the way through large back ends

What they need:

• Computer science or maths graduates – any degree as long as you did computer sciences, two minimum
• They will consider junior developers all the way up to senior people
• Core knowledge of C# and SQL server
• Good knowledge of OO and Patterns
• At least a basic understanding of how to produce good, well-structured code
• You are excited about the opportunity to influence technology from UI through to DB

Useful to know (but not essential):

• Angular and Node.JS
• RESTful services
• Web API
• Azure or similar
• Strong JavaScript skills
• Previous experience producing B2B product
