Job description

A leading full-service digital agency based in Cape Town is recruiting for an experienced Digital Analyst to join the growing analytics department. The agency works with well known SA and international brands across e-commerce, retail, technology and finance. They are wanting to establish their data practice and you will have access to their global network of data teams.  You will also be working closely on building an AI data engine alongside a senior Data Analyst who is based in Europe and bringing the project to life.   

The company has a fast-paced environment and they work on cutting edge technology and innovation for their clients.  As the Digital Analyst your role will involve working on data across mobile, email, websites and social media and understanding how that data impacts user experiences to achieve client strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Build campaign reports + analyse campaigns
• Analysing performance metrics + trends 
• Create insights + identify opportunities to optimise customer experiences 
• Creating weekly, monthly + annual reports 
• Provide recommendations to clients 
• Conduct A/B testing 
• Manage + create dashboards as well as reports

Requirements

Ideal candidate:

• You will be an experience Digital / Web Analyst You will have experience working with Google Analytics, Google 360, Google Tag Manager,
• Facebook / Twitter / Instagram reports
• Solid understanding of the digital industry
• Passion for data + technology
• Strong communication skills + confidence in presenting to clients in meetings
