GetSmarter is a world-class online education provider, who is looking for an ambitious Digital DTP Operator to join our creative team. You will be working directly with Visual Designers, Graphic Designers, Motion Designers and Content Writers, creating digital marketing and brand communications for GetSmarter, and our local and international university partners. Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Produce a large variety of creative across for a variety of channels and platforms in keeping with the company and university partners’ visual style guides. 
• Contribute to the sharing of design trends and new technologies. 
• Collaborate with other departments and creative teams. 
• Contribute to innovation within the department. 
• Act as a brand ambassador for the company at all times and ensure the brand’s integrity and consistency is always maintained. 

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification. 
• Four+ years of working experience in a design-related field. 
• Industry-leading portfolio, showcasing strong relevant work. 
• Relevant referees in the design industry. 
• Technical knowledge and computer literacy essential, especially Adobe CC(Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign). 

Competencies:

• Ability to collaborate closely with Project Managers, Developers, Content writers, Designers, Motion Designers and Media teams. 
• Strong understanding of content creation for different digital channels. 
• Ability to work with the Lead to define processes and ways of working. 
• Excellent work ethic and attention to detail. 
• Strong creative, conceptual and problem-solving skills. 
• Able to handle large volumes of work. 
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines. 
• Fast and accurate. 
• Accountable and responsible.
