Persuade Marketing is a business-to-business or B2B lead generation based consultancy. We help small to large companies prospect more effectively and acquire new business. Our clients range from startup to Enterprise clients with 75+ clients that already use our services 

Join a fast based small company which in under two years of operation has offices in Cape Town. Johannesburg and soon to be satellite offices in Durban. 

What will you be doing:

• Be a retention specialist for our clients by cold calling businesses
• Engage and build relationships through outbound warm calling primarily C-Level to senior managers
• Inspiring new prospects into finding a solution and booking a demo ( No telesales or telemarketing )
• Inputting all deals into our CRM, following up with leads and closing deals
• Hitting weekly, monthly targets of new business generated 

What we are looking for:

• Female based applicant 
• Thoroughly bubbly and happy personality, must be self motivated 
• Excellent English must be your first language
• Experience: New business. Cold calling. Must be a hunter 
• Know’s how to use a phone and engage on a senior level

What we are offering:

• Half day position 08:00 -14:00pm Monday-Friday
• Competitive salary plus best commission
• Happy hour every Friday afrer work

Three basic options of salary:

• Basic of R3500 / R50 for every single demo generated above after target + 25% commission on any sales generated expected earnings = R8600 per month with commission
• Basic of R4000 / R30 for every simgle generated above after target + 10% commission on any sales generated expected earnings = R6200 per month with commission 
• Basic of R4500 / Only basic no commission or benefits
