Job description
As we will be starting operations in Johannesburg, this individual will be responsible for:
Description
- All admin related duties, including managing the filing system and stock-management system.
- Producing all invoices.
- Managing the day-to-day administration assignments generated by the general manager and operations manager.
- Responding to customer enquiries.
- Maintaining and ordering stock of stationery, equipment and general supplies for the office, warehouse and workshop when needed.
- Liaising directly with the accounting departments in Cape Town.
- Be able to advise and provide orders to truck-drivers and labour.
- Responding to website requests.
- Ad hoc quoting.
- Overseeing front of house operations including assisting with walk-in clients.
- Answering phone calls and managing the switchboard system.
Requirements
- Minimum requirements – grade 12.
- Some form of post Matric qualification.
- Drivers licence and own car.
- Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office including Excel.
Advantageous
- Tertiary education favourable.
- Hospitality experience advantageous.
