Operations Consultant
Operations Consultant •Matric. •1 to 2 years’ experience within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry or in a similar role. •Good communication skills (both written and verbal) •Relationship building skills. •People skills •Honesty •Strong work ethic •Punctuality. •Ability to work under pressure. •Ability to problem solve . •Passionate about working with people •Strong team player. Responsibility: •Provide switchboard relief for the receptionist until they arrive for their shift. •Check the on-call report and respond to vacancies created. •Ensure on call staff are placed in vacancies created •Update all staff’s details and status on Med Zone/ Nims. •Update all staff’s availability on Med Zone/ Nims •Fill shifts received as soon as the client has made the request. •Confirm booked shifts with the relevant staff •Email client to inform of the staff member you have recruited to fill the position •Manage all shift cancellations by sourcing replacements as soon as possible. •Notify the client of the cancellation and replacement of their initial candidate •Manage all client complaints which have been lodged. •Follow up on the caliber of candidates we have supplied the client with. gillianp@allmed.co.za
