Managing a team of 10 staff to ensure the daily running of the clinic and quality customer service is upheld. The role is varied, including marketing monitoring on social media as well supporting the Clinic director in helping identify best practice and full adherence to clinic standards and quality of service with the ultimate aim of generating and maximising revenue. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and build a new business and help in its successful transition into an effective and efficient, customer orientated beauty practice with a focus around quality service. The ideal candidate must have proven managerial and team leadership skills, with a passion for business and solid knowledge across new and established beauty treatments. You must have strong ethical and business values with integrity and the ability to influence a team.
