Compulsory Responsibilities
Single point of contact for all optic fiber maintenance related issues in the Western Cape region.
Will be responsible to track, monitor and report to customer and regional manager, all optic fiber maintenance routines and repair progress and drive these issues until resolved. Compile daily/weekly reports to regional and senior management and resolve all pain points pertaining to the FTTH, FTTB and FTTS networks. Required Education / Qualifications: Min
• GR 12
• Project management qualification
• Optic fiber qualification ( FOA )
• Any other qualification related to the telecoms industry will be advantageous.
• Good communication skills. Required Experience
• Min 5 years experience in the optic fiber maintenance domain.
