IntroductionPersuade Marketing is looking for a lead generator to join our team
The required person will be responsible to engage with warm leads and convert them into appointments

Duties & Responsibilities

• Engaging with cold and warm leads and converting them into a demo
• Build rapport and have empathy with every lead that is given to you
• Following all required training and building relationships through outbound calling
• Communicating effectively and professionally
• Maintaining a strong knowledge of company processes
• Hitting daily and weekly targets 

Desired Experience & Qualification

• MUST have experience required to cold calling or being a receptionist
• MUST be over the age of 30+/ preferably a female applicant

Package & Remuneration

• Contract based position
• Two options 08:00-13:00 for R3500 / 08:00-17:00 for R5500
• Good commission structure
