Job description

I’m working on a fantastic opportunity, my client is global digital marketing agency in Johannesburg and they are recruiting for a paid social specialist to join their growing social media team.  The agency offers a range of services to their clients including – SEO, PPC, programmatic, media trading and analytics and work with leading SA and International brands across cosmetics, retail, entertainment and FMCG.

Day-to-day your role will involve:

  • You will be working across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter + YouTube.
  • Planning + buying of paid campaigns
  • Strategy for clients + managing large budgets
  • Managing clients KPI’s
  • Campaign optimisation
  • Reporting + analytics  

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ideally, two+ years’ experience in paid social
  • Ideally you will have worked on large budgets
  • Strong understanding of bid management tools
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Strong analytical skills
