Job description

The Partner Loyalty Team is a distributed workforce dedicated to providing the best possible service to the customers of Infinity Sports and Entertainment. Currently, we are recruiting team members in the Bloemfontein area, while team members will work remotely from the location of their choosing.

Partner Loyalty Specialists are expected to work a 40 hour week on a preset schedule responding to customer requests via email, phone, and instant messenger. Along with scheduled on-call times to cover after-hours emergency notifications. Paid training provided in Infinity procedures and systems.

Basic understanding of HTML, web design, or content management software is preferred, and fluent English is required. Experience with the zendesk ticketing system is also a plus.

In addition to servicing our existing clients, the PLT guides new partners through the project creation process. Ensuring the partner’s needs are communicated to the developers and designers.

All members of the PLT are expected to have access to the necessary computer and the internet connection to perform the job and be able to respond to electronic communication promptly. As this is a distributed workforce position, experience in working without direct supervision is preferred.

Infinity is a US based company with most of our clients based in North America. As such, applicants will need to make sure they are available for one of the two shifts the PLT works:

First Shift
M – F 2pm – 11pm (with one-hour meal break)
GMT+2 – Bloemfontein

Second Shift
M – F 2pm – 1am (with one-hour meal break)
GMT+2 – Bloemfontein
