Payroll/HR Administrator (Durban)
The Centre for the AIDS Programme of Research in South Africa (CAPRISA) invites applications from candidates for the above vacancy, to join the Human Resources Department at the CAPRISA Head Office in Durban.
The successful incumbent will manage the CAPRISA payroll and provide administrative and system support.
Qualifications and experience: human resources or payroll administration degree or diploma; five to seven years’ experience processing an in- house payroll, with two to three years of HR administration experience; rxtensive SAGE/VIP payroll system experience; payroll integration with a biometric time and attendance system (preferably Kronos T and A system);
Working knowledge of BCEA, LRA, tax legislation and remuneration package structuring; High level of computer literacy in MS Office (Word, advanced Excel)
Duties and responsibilities: End to end payroll processing administration on SAGE300 payroll system, including tax; Third party payment processing and administration; Perform HR administration duties; Provide system support and project implementation

Period: Three-year fixed term contract (renewable)
