This private concern is currently looking for a Payroll Manager who will be responsible for the accurate, timely completion of weekly and monthly payroll, compliance with relevant tax legislation and accounting payroll input.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric.
• Relevant Payroll or Accounting related qualification.
• 5 to 10 years similar related work experience.
• Full working experience of the VIP Payroll system or similar related payroll system.
• Full working experience in the preparation of monthly and weekly commission payrolls would be preferable. 
• Experience in submission of the annual, and monthly employee related tax submissions.
• Understanding at a basic level of the PAYE related formulae for individual taxes.
• Liaison experience with Employee Benefit providers and their related payroll implications (Group life, disability, gap, medical).
• Centrally handling all claims with the service provider.
