A leader in cloud-based analytics solutions invites a performance consultant to join its team where your responsibilities will range from data consulting to innovating products and mentoring. The ideal candidate must have an applicable degree with an aptitude for quantative analysis, proven experience in a similar position and expertise in the areas of global equity, fixed incomes and derivative markets. A CFA qualification or membership or CIPM would prove highly beneficial.

Duties:

• Offer consulting services to the client base including performance consulting, implementation and data consulting, process engineering and manager reviews.
• Assist with creating new consulting services and products.
• Identify opportunities for further consulting sales as well as product sales and to alert the relevant Account Manager.
• Assist with addressing client issues, and manage client relationships.
• Assist with presales demonstrations.
• Offer coaching and knowledge transfer to other Performance Consultants.
• Attend weekly Client Service meetings and offer feedback as to assigned issues.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelors Qualification, showing an aptitude to Quantitative Analysis.

Experience

• Proven performance consultative experience.
• Strong knowledge of the global equity, fixed income and derivative markets.
• Good working knowledge of the performance measurement, risk and data industry.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Advantageous

• A CFA Charterholder or evidence of progress through the CFA qualification.
• CIPM.
