This large manufacturing concern is currently looking for a Plant Operations Manager to control a full manufacturing site.

Do you have:

• Manufacturing experience in Soap and Candles. (non-negotiable)?
• An Engineering background, especially in a Process, Chemical or Operations discipline?
• 10+ years’ experience controlling a full manufacturing site with the cross functional understanding of all the areas of a manufacturing facility?
• Experience with managing personnel and labour relations, along with the plant operations?
• Experience in running plants with 200+ manpower?
• Man-management and leadership abilities?
• Local laws, compliance and statutory requirements knowledge?
