• Work as part of the Process Engineering team, or as an individual
• Design, plan and perform process experiments and plant trials
• Perform Tooling and Moulding processes analysis
• Calculation and specification of Tooling, Machines, auxiliary equipment, pumps, pipes, flows, pressures, temperatures, materials and other process parameters
• Draught and update process flow diagrams
• Take samples of products and perform physical analysis
• Troubleshooting of process problems, research and implement solutions and improvements
• Determination and verification of process parameters and specifications
• Write technical reports and specifications
• Update work instructions and train production staff
• Form part of process engineering team for projects: Research, plan, design, implement and validate process improvements and new process technologies

Minimum requirements:

• National diploma / Btech in Mechanical Engineering
• 2-3 years Process Engineering experience 
• Proficient in CAD
• Automotive experience
