Minimum experience required:

• Must have filled a role as a senior process engineer (min of seven years – please note not mapping processes for seven years but engineering for seven years)
• Knowledge of Robotic Automation (RPA) practices
• Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, DSDM, TSP, Crystal, FDD, etc.
• Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: e.g. User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices
• Previous experience as a team lead

Technical skills:

• Must have advanced process re-engineering experience
• Understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics
• Understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity and task definition

Educational Requirement:

• Business, IT or engineering degree
• Relevant Agile certifications (Agile Project management registered practitioner, Scrum Product Owner, Agile team facilitation)
• ITIL intermediate qualification – required
• Project management qualification (PMP and or PRINCE2)
• Process engineering methods and techniques like Lean, six Sigma, Outside In, CMM, Theory of Constraints, Root Cause analysis, etc.
• Membership of professional body/association
