Procurement Administration Assistant
Main Duties/Key Results Areas:
– Assist with day to day administrative duties
– Assist with product research and development
– Professionally present researched material both verbally and in the written word.
– Assist with the acquisition of research materials (such as product samples and specification sheets) from new and
prospective suppliers.
– Organise, maintain and update supplier and client databases.
– Liaise with customers and suppliers on the manager’s behalf in his absence.
– All and any other related tasks and duties as requested by the Employer from time to time. To undertake any other duties as requested by the Director, commensurate with the skills and experience.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum qualification and experience:
– Matric.
– Related tertiary qualification advantageous
– Previous administration experience in a supportive function advantageous.
