The product coordinator will liaise with various departments to ensure the management of a product/ product groups within its lifecycle, from product conception all the way through to its sale.

The specific activities of the product coordinator include (not limited to):

• Product strategy
• Development of a detailed product plan
• Product lifecycle
• Product performance
• Customer product satisfaction

Requirements

Education/qualification, skills and experience

Skills

• Solid organisational skills
• Strong team work and client-facing skills
• Highly administrative, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work under pressure

Education/qualification

• Matric
• Tertiary education in sales/product/marketing management – diploma/degree

Experience

• Minimum of three years’ experience in product management and/or product management
• Driver’s license
