What’s the role?

You will be responsible for:

• Report building on volume reports, financial reports and compiling new campaign tracking
• Volume management, checking company is on target.
• Profit management
• Flag any issues with profitability to product owner
• Conversion management
• Compiling disposition reports
• General Admin
• General technical implementation                
• Adhoc

Requirements

• Matric
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Previous reporting experience within a Call Centre
