This is an exciting opportunity to join this creative company in a role of a production traffic controller who ideally has work experience within media or publishing. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills as well as a can-do attitude, ability to multitask. Attention to detail whilst still managing multiple projects. Conversant with MS Office, InDesign and Photoshop, WordPress and social media platforms. 

• Project manage print and online production projects from start to completion, these would include getting material for adverts, editorials as well as the creation of some adverts.
• Creation of artwork for print and web in InDesign and Photoshop
• Uploading of artwork onto various platforms such as Filemaker and WordPress
• Proofing of all artwork for print and web
• Sourcing of online banners, catalogues, listing images from various clients and suppliers
• Maintain existing relationships with all clients and suppliers
• Following up on various outstanding artwork designs from clients
• Liaising with the web developer on website uploads and design changes
• Design and upload banners on website
• Creation of all Indesign templates for Sales purposes i.e webstats, blog stats
