The Opportunity As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the organisation. This will involve being responsible for all aspects of the operation including farming, processing, maintenance, administration, support services, compliance, financial management, HR development and operations, marketing, sales and distribution, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. To be Successful As a senior manager, you will have a high degree of commercial acumen, well developed interpersonal skills, be a confident leader and a good team player. Furthermore, a credible strategic business builder with the desire and tenacity to drive the business to achieve its vision. You will be passionate about people and skill development and have at least 10 years of previous project management experience! Preferably in agriculture and agro-processing.
