Job description
The main purpose of this role is to provide project management within executive search and headhunting and offers a platform to master project management in recruitment, pertaining to clientele talent requirements.
Key Outputs [KPI’s]
- Business and relationship management across technology and science including extensive business development
- Candidate sourcing, headhunting, reactivating, networking and management of recruitment process from interview to placement
- Custodian of client’s employer brand in the market and introduction of skills not readily available to client in the market
- Managing the budget on the desk to ensure billings expectations are met
- Partake ownership of industry related projects
- Management of current and new business pertaining to technical projects
Requirements
Recent graduate with a degree or diploma in technology, engineering or research
Industry knowledge plus experience working at an international level
Two years working experience in research, engineering or IT environment
