Our client owns, re/develops and manages office, retail, industrial and residential property. They pride Themselves on being able to structure dynamic deals to suit their tenants’ needs, striving always for their tenants’ utmost happiness.

Our client is looking for a friendly, dynamic and true people’s person to fulfil their Property Manager Position. The successful candidate will need to bridge the gap between the staff and the directors (shareholders) of the company. The successful candidate will manage the commercial and industrial buildings in the Johannesburg area (Rosebank, Randburg, Wynberg Etc.)

Roles Responsibilities:

• Attend to all aspects of administrative, financial and operational activities arising in respect of the properties under management. 
• Liaising with tenants, service providers, contractors and property owners,
• Leasing and marketing
• The preparation of lease offers & lease agreements, capturing of property, tenant & lease details on the Company’s property management system (‘MDA’),
• Debtor and creditor accounts administration (including local authority accounts management)
• Utilities management, the updating of data on MDA,
• Property inspections, service provider selection, procurement & contracting and reactive & proactive property maintenance management.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• 2-5 years’ Experience in commercial property management
• MDA Property Management systems experience is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite

• Must have drivers licence and own vehicle
• Willing to travel to buildings regularly.
