Job description
We require a dedicated, dynamic, hard working person to join our team.
Requirements:
- PA experience
- Property management experience
- HR experience
- You need to have excellent communication skills as you are expected to constantly communicate with the MD.
- Must have whatsapp.
- Own vehicle and valid drivers licence
- Must be able to work under pressure
Salary starts at R12,000 depending on experience. If you do not have a minimum of two years’ work experience in Properties, admin and as a PA DO NOT APPLY
Responsibilities and Duties
Properties
- Insure all rental invoices are sent on time
- Insure all rentals due are collected on time
- All property utilities are up to date and any queries are done and followed up on until resolved
- Maintenance is done and completed on all properties
- Assisting agents during a sale of a property.
- Assisting Lawyers in a purchase of a property
- Advertising properties currently for sale
PA
- Control and manage the MD’S schedule
- Complete all tasks given by the MD
- All fight, accommodation and event bookings
- Monthly office shopping (Groceries, stationary etc)
HR
- Ensure all leave and warnings are up to date and recorded
- Ensure all staff files are within regulation and all documentation is correct
- assist with payroll

Qualifications and Skills
- Matric non negotiable.
- Any other qualifications in administration, HR or marketing a plus
