During the Covid-19 pandemic we are experiencing a high demand for property sales, buying and rentals in the Western Cape. 

Given this, we are finally ready to hunt and secure the best residential and commercial property sales team in the whole of the Western Cape.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English, Afrikaans or Xhosa language
• No criminal record 
• A minimum of five years or more proven work experience as a senior property sales agent
• A FET Certificate in Real Estate, NQF 4, CPMD, South Africa 
• Good self-governance, leadership, client and business management skills
• A two to three page CV with two contactable references within the industry
• A Certified copy of ID 
• A Certified copy of your Drivers License
• A Certified copy of your matric certificate 
• A reliable laptop with reliable access to Wifi
• A reliable smartphone with functional 10 – 16MB colour camera
