Requirements:

• Matric Certificate/ Grade 12
• Qualified Cheese Maker
• Experience with food safety systems
• Experience in the manufacture of soft cheeses, especially Mozzarella
• Potential to grow our cheese business through innovation

Applicants must reside in HOWICK, KWA-ZULU NATAL or surrounding area.
