FMCG (Mass production Bakery) Manufacturer seeks a Quality Systems Controller to do Online Quality Control, Process Parameter control, CCP Monitoring (i.e. Metal Detector, Flour sifter, Oil and Yeast Strainers), Bun scoring McD, KPI testing (KFC), Packaging verification checks, pH and Titratable acidity testing, Preparations for audits, Run NCR system, Pest control monitoring, Moisture analysis, Ensure that Datamyte computers and Dipix work during shift, Releasing of raw materials (COA against spec), QC Checklists to be completed once per product run and Assist QA with dedicated tasks.
Min requirements:
- Grade 12 and/or Internal Prior Learning
- Food manufacturing experience – Bakery experience advantageous
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, SOP, Pest control and Bakery operation.
- GMP-General Manufacturing Practices
- HACCP- Hazzard Analysis and Critical Control Point
- SQMS- Supplier Quality Management Systems
- ISO 22000
- Food Security
- Able to stand for up to 12 hours, while working with and around machinery
