A quantitative analytics manager is required to join a dynamic environment. This business unit is responsible for driving product innovation within the companies Unsecured Lending team. This will require the successful candidate to manage a team of data scientists and analysts, adding value and providing strategic direction as well as to understand how to apply the latest innovations (in digital, machine learning, cloud computing, etc.)

Education and experience:

• Four-year degree in engineering, business science, computer science, data science, statistics, or other quantitative studies
• BCom CA would be beneficial
• Five-10 years of experience in quantitative environment (ideally using tools such as Python, SQL, SAS, Matlab)
• Two to three years of management experience

 Reference Number for this position is MH41911 which is a permanent position based in Johannesburg offering up to R1.2mill per annum plus banking benefits and performance-based bonuses (based on skillset and experience).
