REAL ESTATE RENTAL AGENT REQUIRED IN PORT ELIZABETH

Requirements:

• NQF 4 in Real Estate
• Relevant Degree/ Diploma in Property Studies
• Registration with Estate Agency Board
• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate
• Experience in Renting and Selling of Property
• Rental Management Experience
• Experience Dealing with Tenants and Property Owners
• Knowledge of property Rentals and Property Registration
• Experience with Payprop Rental Systems
• Computer Literate
• Great Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
• Telephone Skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work under pressure
