Receptionist (bloemfontein)
Job Summary Individual will be responsible for taking messages and transferring calls; over and above this will be required to attend to various admin duties. Individual must be hands on and can think out the box. Roles and Responsibilities
⢠Receiving of patients and telephone calls.
⢠Manage reception activities.
⢠Coordinate patient appointments.
⢠Maintain patient records and any other administrative duties.
⢠Coordinate receipt, completion and delivery of forms and mail. Requirements, Knowledge and Experience ⢠Grade 12 with 1-2 yearsâ general administrative experience in a medical practice
⢠Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Outlook ⢠Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
⢠Previous experience as a receptionist
⢠Exceptional interpersonal skills Key Competencies, skills and attributes: ⢠Experience in medical health reception
⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills
⢠Computer literacy
⢠Strong organizational skills
⢠Capacity to work independently and demonstrate initiative
⢠Fluent in English
⢠Friendly calm nature
