Requirements

• Grade 12
• 2-3 years in a recruitment background sourcing candidate’s
• Experience within a Generalist recruitment environment
• Experience with Perm and Contracting
• Driver’s License
• Own Car
• Attention to detail

• Sourcing candidates from databases, headhunting, career portals and networking
• Screening add response
• Interviewing
• Updating database
• Mapping talent
• Setting up interviews
• Post job openings
• Weekly reports
