We are currently seeking a vibrant Recruitment Specialist to join our HR department. You will be responsible for the full recruitment and onboarding portfolio. This opportunity will suit a dynamic individual who would like to specialise in recruitment, however still have exposure to the full HR function.

Recruitment:

•  Finalise job description
•  Load advertisements on job boards, update staff of new opportunities
•  Building a talent tank of all CVs received
•  Short list suitable candidates within budget and meeting requirements
•  Setup interview timeously
•  Ensure all feedback on candidates is received and recorded timeously
•  Complete references checks
•  Collect all supporting documents needed to make an offer and generate the contract
•  Work with partners to complete the recruitment process
•  Drive creative recruitment in the business
•  Build relationships with creative schools and drive employer brand at schools

 HR administration: 

• Assist the full HR team and the COO as and when needed

The ideal Unicorn has: 

•  HR qualification
•  No less than 2 years’  recruitment working experience
•  Target driven
•  Computer literate
•  Excellent communication skills
•  Organised and reliable
•  Agile
