Refrigeration Service Team Leader
As a Team Leader of the department the individual will take full responsibility for developing and driving growth by securing service contract clients. The person will also be responsible for ensuring quality of service and continual improvement. Requirements: A minimum technical trade qualification in Refrigeration or Electrical.
Grade 12 or technical equivalent.
Refrigeration and electrical experience essential particularly in fault finding and problem solving
Excellent Knowledge of Central HVAC Plant & Chillers required.
Food and Pharmaceutical Industry experience – advantageous.
5 years post trade test experience in the HVAC, refrigeration or maintenance industries
3 years of experience in staff management, performance management and leadership and currently serving in technical supervisory role.
Driver’s License: Code B
Good working knowledge of General Machinery Regulations
