Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cost-effective management
• Patient management
• Clinical administration
• Conducting clinical audits
• Compliance of Scheme rules
• Ensuring SLA’s are met
• Directly supervise centre managers
• Ensure proper marketing initiatives
• Developing strategies
• Trends and Research analysis
• Continuous liaison with all stakeholders

Minimum requirements for application:

• Four-year nursing qualification
• SANC Registration
• Post-graduate in nursing administration
• Excellent computer literacy
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
• Availability to travel nationally as and when required
• Three to five years of case management and clinical auditing experience required
