Qualified / Registered Architect – East London. The suitable candidate must have both strengths in Commercial/Industrial design and site/Construction supervision. Requirements: Grade 12/Matric . Relevant Degree. Registered with SACAP. Min 3 years in large Commercial and Industrial Projects . Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with clients and consultants. Exp managing Surveying team . Ability to drive projects. Proficient in Architectural Software (Revit/AutoCAD) Behavioural Competency. Ability to work independently and unsupervised Ability to work under pressure and multi-task Attention to detail.
