Our client, a Private Hospital, requires a Patient Services Manager. Qualification and Experience Requirements, but not limited to: Clinical Qualification / Registered Nurse Diploma or Degree (registered with the SANC) Proven Case Management and Coding Experience – non negotiable. Responsible for management and co-ordination of patient services resources, processes and operations Ensure quality standards are maintained and improved . Lead meetings, ensure participation from all members and ensure ISO Compliance adherence Ensure quality staff members are recruited in line with company’s transformation objectives Manage and review the training, to best assist talent development. Ensure the retention of staff and all exit interviews are conducted to achieve this Ensure management of people in a respectful manner supporting diversity and ensure a fair work-life balance to ensure employee wellness. Ensure effective and accurate billing: manage bill auditing process, ensure compliance with the clinical code of conduct, ensure accurate and timeous billing process. Ensure effective interpretation & application of contracts and funder rules: manage admissions department, manage collection of outstanding co-payments from patients, Facilitating effective cash flow management by: implement processes from pre-admission to submission of accounts, implementing cash management processes to prevent losses. info2@mvgrecruitment.co.za
