MUST have at least 5 years 5 star, luxury lodge experience, with 3 years of those being in a management role. An energetic, motivated, organized individual with an eye for detail. Passionate about creating memorable guests experience. Valid SA driver’s licence with excellent knowledge of hygiene, food and beverage, guest interaction and basic HR.
