Relief Supervisor: Broilers, Uitenhage | Salary: Market-related Our client is looking for a thorough and committed individual to take up the role of Relief Supervisor: Broilers in the Agriculture Division. The successful incumbent will be a detailed, pro-active and results orientated individual that will strive to support the farms, in their pursuit of world-class results by achieving the company’s target broiler output volumes, at the agreed cost. This position reports to the Farm Manager. The ideal candidate will be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent with 1 year’s field experience. A tertiary qualification in a field related to intensive agriculture would be advantageous. Critical Competencies: Good leadership and managerial competencies
