• You will require experience within the Property Rental Industry
• You will require a Matric Certificate
• You will require to work after hours and Weekends

Requirements:

• NQF 4 within Property or Rental Industry advantageous
• Procurement and Placement of qualified tenants experience
• Experience doing Inspections of residential properties
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
• Marketing Rental Stock knowledge
• Own Transport and Valid License

Applicants must reside in CAPE TOWN or surrounding area.
