Rental Sales Agent – Cpt Airport
Leading Car Rental Group at Cape Town Airport seeking passionate and experienced car rental sales agents with frontline customer services and sales expertise who able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Matric, drivers license, 2yrs working experience in retail, sales, tourism, travel, motor industry and hospitality a big advantage
You must be highly professional, customer centric, sales and target driven with excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency in order to succees in this position. This position also requires hands on operational individuals who can multitask and handle pressure, you be required to drive all type of manual and automatic vehicles and ensure that vehicle damages are assessed and recorded.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Code 8 driver’s license
- 2 years face to face customer services experience
- 2 years face to face sales experience
- Able to cross sell value added products
- Target driven
- Tourism and Travel industry experience an advantage
- Motor Industry experience an advantage
- Retail Sales experience an advantage
- Computer literate
- Able to work weekends, public holidays and overtime
- Reliable transport to and from work in CT CBD daily
- Clear Criminal Record
- Well presented
- Good verbal and written communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service
- Delivering the company’s promise to customers and representing the brand through continuous Ambassadorship All rental transactions
- Asset control and fleet control
- Rental counter and termination duties in parking bays
- Wizard reports
- General counter administration

- Computer literate : Word / Excel / Outlook
- General understanding of the motor vehicles
