We are looking for an experienced, vibrant manager who is organised and creative to run a local restaurant / Bar in Grahamstown. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS At least 5 years relevant experience (restaurant or bar management) Grade 12 certificate Stock control knowledge and experience Good at organising music entertainment – sound knowledge would be an advantage Strong communication skills An understanding of your target market and experience on how to maintain and grow your customer base.
