Our client is for retentions agents that will primarily retaining the customers over some specific period.

Package on offer:

Incentive R5 000pm  + shift allowance + gym and personal trainer + free transport available (evening shifts) + subsidized meal allowance

•  Matric (non- negotiable) 
• Two years’ call centre experience 
• Six months retentions experience essential 
• Ability to work shifts between 12 pm – 12am 
• Excellent communication skills! (International market – must have neutral accent) 
• SA Citizenship essential 
• Must be credit clear
